Certipur® multi-element standards from Merck for inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy (ICP) are the perfect choice for your most demanding analysis applications. Our portfolio of multi-element standards comprises various ICP calibration standards with different numbers of elements, standards for ICP / MS calibration and plasma setup, a standard for graphite furnace AAS, as well as wavelength calibration standards. Certipur® ICP multi-element standards are traceable to standard reference materials from NIST.

Quality control is carried out by our own calibration laboratory accredited according to DIN EN ISO/ IEC 17025. A comprehensive, batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is enclosed in each package containing data on content, composition, traceability, date of release and minimum shelf life.
