Descripción

General description

Binds to cell surfaces and inhibits surface aminopeptidases, notably aminopeptidase B and leucine aminopeptidase. Also acts as a potent aminopeptidase N inhibitor. Activates macrophages and T lymphocytes. Has antitumor properties. Also available as a 50 mM solution in water (Cat. No. 200488).

Preparation Note

Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). DMSO and methanol stock solutions are stable for up to 1 month at -20°C.

Unstable in aqueous solution; dilute just prior to use.
