Application
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate has been used:
- in the extraction buffer preparation for determining the enzymatic activity of ADP-glucose pyrophosphorylase (AGPase) and α-amylase
- in neurobasal culture medium for viability test and in phosphate buffer saline (PBS) for electrophysiological test
- in the preparation of brine solution
- in the preparation of the adenosine triphosphate (ATP) –MgCl2 (magnesium chloride)solution
