General description
E. cloni EXPRESS BL21(DE3) Chemically Competent Cells are ideal for routine protein expression applications. These strain carries a chromosomal copy of the T7 RNA Polymerase gene under the control of the lacUV5 promoter and it is suitable for production of protein from target genes cloned into T7 driven expression vectors.
