Mouse Sp2/0 x Mouse BALB/c spleen
The neutralising antibody is directed primarily against the haemolytic activity of Aeromanes sobria but it also neutralises cytotoxic activity. It recognises 3 major polypeptide bands of 52kDa, 47kDa, and 43kDa.
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 1% Hypoxanthine, Aminopterin, Thymidine (HAT) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
