  • Development of green micellar HPLC-DAD method for simultaneous determination of some sulbactam combinations used in COVID-19 regimen: This study presents a green analytical methodology utilizing micellar high-performance liquid chromatography with diode-array detection (HPLC-DAD). It is specifically employed for the simultaneous determination of sulbactam and other compounds in COVID-19 treatment regimens, showcasing an application of ortho-Phosphoric acid in adjusting the pH of the mobile phase to enhance analytical performance and separation efficiency (Ragab GH, Saleh HM, Abdulla NM, Bahgat EA, 2023).
