Application

Nucleoside triphosphates (NTPs) are the key building blocks for messenger RNA (mRNA) constructs, which have valuable use as vaccines and therapeutics. The production of mRNA is carried out in an in vitro transcription (IVT) reaction, where enzymes use a plasmid DNA template to catalyze the linking of the NTP building blocks to create mRNA of the desired sequence. Our Emprove® Expert NTPs are designed to align with best practice IVT methods for mRNA manufacturing, possessing all the necessary chemical and biological properties for reliable production of therapeutic mRNA:

  • 100 mM sodium salt solution
  • Neutral pH (7.0 ± 0.1)
  • High chemical purity (≥99%)
  • Low endotoxin and bioburden
  • DNase and RNase-free
