Features and Benefits

  • Simultaneously detect 9 total proteins across key signaling pathways
  • Covers MAPK, STAT, Akt, NFκB, and CREB pathways for broad cellular profiling
  • Magnetic bead-based format ensures reproducibility and efficient processing
  • Compatible with cell lysates from diverse experimental conditions
  • Ideal for signal transduction, oncology, immunology, and toxicology research
  • Fast, convenient alternative to Western blotting and immunoprecipitation procedures

General description

This panel includes total proteins from multiple signaling pathways that regulate cell survival, proliferation, inflammation, and transcriptional activity. ERK1/2, JNK, and p38 are core components of the MAPK pathway involved in stress and growth responses. Akt regulates cell survival and metabolism. NFκB controls inflammatory and immune signaling. STAT3 and STAT5A/B mediate cytokine-driven transcriptional regulation. CREB is a transcription factor activated by cAMP signaling, and p70 S6 Kinase plays a role in protein synthesis and cell growth. Quantifying these total proteins supports pathway profiling and comparative analysis across experimental conditions.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 9 analytes in human, mouse, or rat cell lysate samples.

Analytes Included: ERK/MAPK 1/2, Akt, STAT3, JNK, p70 S6 Kinase, NFκB, STAT5A/B, CREB, p38

Assay Characteristics: Refer to the assay protocol for details on cross-reactivity, buffer compatibility, lysate control, and recommended loading control (MAPmate Control Assays).
