Peptide synthétique correspondant à l'extrémité C-terminale de l'intégrine bêta 1 humaine (a. a. CTTVVNPKYEGK).
Épitope : cytosolique
Application
Détectez l'intégrine β1 à l'aide de cet anticorps anti-intégrine β1 cytosolique dont l'utilisation a été validée en IP et WB.
Western blotting : 1-2 μg/ml pour une détection dans du lysat de cellules entières. Cet anticorps est efficace contre les protéines réduites (MW = 130 kDa) et non réduites (MW = 110 kDa).

Les dilutions de travail optimales doivent être déterminées par l'utilisateur final.
