Application

Dual Fluorescence Bioimaging: N,N-Dimethylaniline derivatives to develop NIR-II emissive donor-acceptor-donor fluorophores. These compounds are used for dual fluorescence bioimaging and photothermal therapy applications, illustrating the critical role of N,N-Dimethylaniline in the development of new biomedical imaging agents (Sparks et al., 2024).

Real-Time Monitoring of Biomolecules: Dimethylaniline is used in the construction of a fluorescent probe for in vivo real-time imaging and inhibition of A and beta;-fibril formation (Chen et al., 2024).

Photoinduced Electron Transfer Studies: N,N-dimethylaniline is used in the quenching of the S1 state of two polar dyes, coumarin 152a and Nile red (Verma et al., 2024).
