General description

L-15 Medium (Leibovitz) has been originally formulated for use in carbon dioxide-free systems requiring sodium bicarbonate supplements. L-15 supports established cell lines as well as primary explants of embryonic and adult human tissue.

Application

L-15 Medium (Leibovitz) has been used to culture WM35 cell lines and the gill cell line, RTgill-W1.
