Lithium chloride solution has been used:
- to obtain LiClPAM3 DCs form of dendritic cell
- in LiCl buffer preparation for immunoprecipitation
- in the preparation of wash buffer
- in the preparation of radioimmunoprecipitation assay (RIPA) wash buffer
Biochem/physiol Actions
Lithium chloride has the ability to block glycogen synthase kinase (GSK). It may also possess anti-inflammatory effects at low and non-toxic concentrations.
