Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

RNA-bindingproteins (RBPs) play a key role in post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression by binding to RNA along various points and at various times.
Transcription or posttranscriptional regulation (TFA) gene change affects the level or localization of protein expression. Characterization of the regulatory machinery is essential for understanding and potentially modulating biological responses encoded in genomic (and epigenomic) information.
ChIP kits selection guide provides you with more information and details about each type of ChiPs : Description, Number of assays, Assay time, Availability with protein A or G, Agarose or Magnetic, etc..
RNA-bindingprotein immunoprecipitation (RIP) is the RNA analog of the ChIP application (chromatin immunoprecipitation). It can be used to identify specific RNA molecules (of many types) associated with specific nuclear or cytoplasmic bindingproteins.
Merck, today introduced Magna ChIRP™ RNA Interactome Kits, which allow researchers to more easily identify, recover and analyze regions of chromatin that interact with chromatin-associated RNAs such as long non-coding RNA (lncRNA).
Transcription factors are frequently the chief determinants of the composition and stability of large transcription complexes. Transcriptional regulation is mediated through the interactions of transcription factors with specific binding sites. Transcription factors help to recruit RNA polymerases to active genes for the production of RNA transcripts. Detect Transcription factors using Merck's antibodies.
Epigenetics describes heritable changes to chromatin that can influence gene function. As the basic mechanisms of these changes has become better understood, the influence of epigenetic regulation in development and disease has become a focus.
Proteins are generally believed to move between the compartments of the secretory pathway by budding and fusion of transport vesicles between successive compartments.
Cell health small molecule inhibitors are essential in the analysis of apoptosis, cell cycle regulation and other areas of focus related to cell viability.
All RIPAb+ antibodies are validated for RNA-bindingprotein immunoprecipitation. Each RIPAb+ antibody set includes control primers (each lot tested by qPCR) to biologically validate your RNA RIP results by qPCR detection of specific RNAs where possible
