Packaging
All gas volumes are quoted at Standard Temperature and Pressure (STP) and not at Normal Temperature and Pressure (NTP). One STP Liter is 7.7% more gas than one NTP Liter.
Standard products are packaged in a 450 mL carbon steel lecture bottle with brass CGA 110/180 valve. Nominal gas pressures at 21ºC are 320 psig for 10 L and 625 psig for 25 L. Care must be taken when extracting this product from the cylinder.
This product may be available from bulk stock and can be packaged on demand. For information on pricing, availability and packaging, please contact Stable Isotopes Customer Service.
Other Notes
Stainless steel control valves Z146951, Z187224 or either of stainless steel regulators Z148504 and Z148512 is recommended.

Decarbonization of electricity generation can support climate-change mitigation and presents an opportunity to address pollution resulting from fossil-fuel combustion. Generally, renewable technologies require higher initial investments in infrastructure than fossil-based power systems. To assess the tradeoffs of increased up-front emissions

Soils contain the largest pool of terrestrial organic carbon (C) and are a major source of atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2). Thus, they may play a key role in modulating climate change. Rising atmospheric CO2 is expected to stimulate plant growth

New materials capable of binding carbon dioxide are essential for addressing climate change. Here, we demonstrate that amyloids, self-assembling protein fibers, are effective for selective carbon dioxide capture. Solid-state NMR proves that amyloid fibers containing alkylamine groups reversibly bind carbon

Equilibrium climate sensitivity refers to the ultimate change in global mean temperature in response to a change in external forcing. Despite decades of research attempting to narrow uncertainties, equilibrium climate sensitivity estimates from climate models still span roughly 1.5 to

Terrestrial plants remove CO2 from the atmosphere through photosynthesis, a process that is accompanied by the loss of water vapour from leaves. The ratio of water loss to carbon gain, or water-use efficiency, is a key characteristic of ecosystem function
