Application
- Adsorption Studies: Sodium hydroxide solution is used in treating polymer adsorbents to enhance their adsorption properties. A recent study investigated the effect of treating a PVC/Aliquat-336 polymer adsorbent with sodium hydroxide on chromium (VI) adsorption.
