Application

Antibody is suitable for immunofluorescence, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, immunoblotting, flow cytometry and electron microscopy. Ideal for use when detection of Flag fusion proteins is required in a murine host, where secondary antibodies could cause cross reactivity.

General description

Anti Flag M2-FITC antibody is used for the detection of Flag fusion proteins.This monoclonal antibody is covalently conjugated to flourescein isothiocyanate (FITC). The antibody recognizes the FLAG sequence at the N-terminus, Met N-terminus, and C-terminus.Binding is not Calcium dependent. F4049 is an Affinity purified antibody, increasing sensitivity in most applications.
