Naratriptan hydrochloride is a triptan drug that is used to relieve acute migraine headaches. It has poor bioavailability, short half-life, and the incidence of migraine recurrence therefore, it is occasionally used.
Naratriptan hydrochloride is a serotonin 5-HT1B/1D receptor agonist.
