General description
Mouse IgG
Specificity
This antibody reacts to the kappa light chain of mouse immunoglobulins. No cross reactivity with the lamda light chain, human IgG, rat IgG, or goat IgG. The Fc region of RM103 has been engineered to eliminate the binding of Fc receptor.
Application
Western Blotting Analysis (WB): 0.2 μg/mL from a representative lot detected nonreduced (-) and reduced (+) mouse IgG1κ.
Physical form
Rabbit monoclonal in PBS with 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.
Preparation Note
Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol containing solutions to become frozen during storage.
