Human IgG

Application

Immunohistochemistry Ananlysis (IHC): 0.5-2 μg/mL from a representative lot detected human IgG heavy chain in human tonsil tissue.

Biochem/physiol Actions

This antibody reacts to the Fc region of all gamma heavy chains of human immunoglobulins, including γ1, γ2, γ3, and γ4. No cross reactivity with other human heavy chains, mouse IgG, rat IgG, or goat IgG.

Physical form

Rabbit monoclonal in PBS with 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.

Preparation Note

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol containing solutions to become frozen during storage.
