Human IRS1 (Insulin Receptor Substrate 1) phosphorylated on Serine residue 616. Sequence 100% homologous with mouse, rat, and pig.
Predicted to cross-react with mouse and rat based on 100% sequence homology, but have not been tested.

100 μL of affinity purified rabbit polyclonal IgG in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.3, containing 1.0 mg/mL BSA (IgG, protease free), 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
