General description
Paraffin pastilles - solidification point about 56-58 °C for histology, are a highly pure ready-to-use paraffin product. Paraffins are the materials generally used to embed the specimens for histological applications. In order to achieve uniformous ribbon-sectioning quality, defined hardness and homogeneity of the processed material is necessary. This can be guarranteed through high-quality raw materials and defined melting points. The melting point of Paraffin is 56-58°C. It is registered as IVD and CE certified product and can be used for clinical diagnostics. For more details, please see instructions for use (IFU).
