General description
The M-Gredient® Meat Peptone A2 Peptically Digested, Granulated, Prime, for Biotechnology and Microbiology is prepared by peptic digestion of selected animal tissues. Our meat peptone provides nitrogen, vitamins, amino acids and carbon in microbiological and biotechnological culture media.
Application
Due to its rich nutritional value it is suited for biotechnological fermentation applications in the preparation of culture media for various microorganisms. Our special granulation of the meat peptone ensures rapid and uniform dissolution in water, as well as convenient and safe handling, as it prevents clumping and inhalation of the airborne powder.
