Application


  • Determination of Retinol and Retinyl Esters in Human Plasma: The Superspher 100 RP-18 endcapped (4 micro m) LiChroCART 125-3 column was employed to achieve precise separations in plasma analysis, demonstrating its efficacy in clinical research settings (Hartmann et al., 2001).

  • Determination of NMDA Receptor NR2B Subunit Blocker in Biological Samples: This study utilized the column for the sensitive detection of neurological drugs across various species, underlining the column′s versatility in pharmacological research (Wyss et al., 2000).
