General description
Non-ionic detergent useful in two-phase separation and purification of proteins (aggregation number: 2232; CMC: 568 mM). Has a low cloud point, 39°C, which is lowered to less than 20°C by the addition of phospholipids.
Preparation Note
Following reconstitution, store at room temperature (20°C). Stock solutiosn are stable for up to 6 months at room temperature.
