General description

Streptavidin conjugated to R-phycoerythrin. Specific for biotin, biotinylated proteins, or biotinylated antibodies.

In 150 mM NaCl, 50 mM sodium phosphate, 1% BSA, 0.1% glycerol, pH 7.6. Ammonium sulfate free.

Preparation Note

Do not dilute the entire vial at one time. Dilute only as needed in 50 mM sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7.2, 2-5 mg/ml of BSA or other physiological buffer.
