General description

Contains 20 tablets. Each tablet contains 5 mg and makes 5 ml of ABTS™ Chromophore working substrate for ELISA.
Useful as a substrate for ELISA; acts as a hydrogen donor in peroxidase reactions. Radical cation has an absorption maximum at 414 nm.

Preparation Note

Unstable in solution; reconstitute just prior to use and discard any unused reconstituted substrate.
