General description
Substrate for visualizing alkaline phosphatase, including histochemical applications. When used together with nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT; Cat. No. 484235), produces purple insoluble end product that is read visually.
Preparation Note
Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 3 months at -20°C.
