General description

Anti-CD11a, mouse monoclonal, clone 38, recognizes the ~180 kDa I domain of the αL integrin subunit in Molt-4 cells. It is validated for FC, IP, IHC on frozen sections and for cell inhibition assays.
Protein A purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the I domain of the ~180 kDa integrin α L subunit (CD11a).
Recognizes the ~180 kDa I domain of the αL integrin subunit in Molt-4 human tumor cells.

Other Notes

Also blocks binding of ICAM-1 and ICAM-3 to LFA-1. FACS was performed on 5x105 cultured Molt-4 human tumor cells using anti-CD11a antibody at 5 µg/ml and FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
