Biochem/physiol Actions
ED₅₀ = 0.3-1 ng/ml as measured in a cell proliferation assay using Balb/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblasts.
Physical form
Lyophilized from 0.2 µm sterile-filtered PBS, BSA.
Preparation Note
Following reconstitution refrigerate (4°C) for short-term storage or aliquot and freeze (-20°C) for long-term storage. Stock solutions are stable for up to 1 month at 4°C or for up to 3 months at -20°C.
Reconstitute to 10 µg/ml in sterile PBS containing at least 0.1% human or bovine serum albumin.
