General description

A cell-permeable indoloquinoline compound that exhibits anticancer activity and inhibits the growth of A549 lung cancer cells (IC50 = 8 µM), as well as HL-60 (IC50 = 5 µM) and K562 (IC50 = 8 µM) leukemia cells. IQDMA-mediated apoptosis is shown to correlate with a downregulation of STAT5 pathway signaling in HL-60 and K562 cultures, while JNK and p38 signalings are shown to be activated in A549 cells upon IQDMA treatment.

Preparation Note

Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 3 months at -20°C.
