General description

Mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the Lewis b carbohydrate chain.
Recognizes the Lewis b carbohydrate chain in colon adenocarcinoma.
This Anti-Lewis b Mouse mAb (T218) is validated for use in ELISA, Immunoblotting, Immunohistochemistry for the detection of Lewis b.

For immunohistochemistry, the recommended working dilution is ≥1:40 (with biotin based detection systems). For fixation, 10% formalin buffered to neutral pH is recommended. This antibody has also been reported to work for ELISA. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilutions.
