General description
Purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the Lewis x type 2 oligosaccharide chain.
Recognizes the Lewis x carbohydrate chain in normal kidney.
This Anti-Lewis x Mouse mAb (P12) is validated for use in Paraffin Sections for the detection of Lewis x.
Immunogen
Human
fresh (non-cultured) human placenta cells
Application
Paraffin Sections (1:10-1:120)
Physical form
Tissue Culture Supernatant
Preparation Note
Following initial thaw, aliquot and freeze (-20°C).
Analysis Note
Positive Control

Normal kidney tissue
Other Notes
For paraffin sections, the recommended working dilution is ≥1:40 (with biotin based detection systems). For fixation, 10% formalin buffered to neutral pH is recommended. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilutions.

The small, regulatory RNA RepG (Regulator of polymeric G-repeats) regulates the expression of the chemotaxis receptor TlpB in Helicobacter pylori by targeting a variable G-repeat in the tlpB mRNA leader. Here, we show that RepG additionally controls lipopolysaccharide (LPS) phase
