General description

Sterilized by γ-irradiation. Antifungal antibiotic effective against yeast and mycoplasma. The complex contains 3 biologically active components, A1, A2, and A3. Reconstitute in 10 ml sterile deionized water to prepare a 5 mg/ml solution. Bioassay: ≥4400 units/mg.
Sterilized by γ-irradiation. Antifungal antibiotic effective against yeast and mycoplasma. The complex contains 3 biologically active components, A1, A2, and, A3. Induces loss of low molecular weight substances from cells with low sensitivity. A cation selective ionophore that exhibits selectivity for Na2+. Increases the activity of Na+-K+ pump. Suggested working concentration is 50 μg/ml.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Potency: ≥4400 U/mg

Preparation Note
