General description

A potent agonist of the 5-HT7 serotonin receptor (Ki= 0.22 nM) with good selectivity against other 5-HT receptors (5-HT1A Ki = 52.7 nM, 5-HT1B Ki = 60 nM). Often used in conjuction with the selective 5-HT7 receptor antagonist, SB-269970 (Cat. No. 506415)
