General description
Recombinant, human, phosphodiesterase 5 catalytic subunit expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. Supplied as a partially purified, catalytically active preparation.

In 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM Tris-HCl, 0.1% NP-40, pH 8.3.
