General description

Recombinant, human Rho fused to GST and expressed in E. coli. A small GTPase of the Ras superfamily. Regulates stress fiber formation in response to growth factor stimulation. Useful as a positive control in immunoblotting analysis and as an affinity precipitation reagent using immobilized glutathione resin.
