General description

A cell-permeable, reversible, and ATP-comptetive glycyl analog of Rho-Kinase Inhibitor (Cat. No. 555550) that inhibits ROCK with an improved selectivity (IC50 = 11.8 nM, >10 µM, >10 µM, 3.26 µM, 2.35 µM, and 2.57 µM for ROCKII, PKA, PKC, PKG, Aurora A, and CaMKII, respectively).
