General description

This Anti-rSec6 Mouse mAb (9H5) is validated for use in Immunoblotting, Immunofluorescence for the detection of rSec6.

Other Notes

Immunofluorescence of PC12 cells using this antibody shows colocalization of rSec6 with vesicles and sites of exocytosis. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
