General description

A cell-permeable structural isomer of SIRT2 Inhibitor, AGK2 (Cat. No. 566324) that selectively inhibits sirtuin 3 over sirtuins 1 and 2 (IC50 = >5 µM, >50 µM and >50 µM for SIRT3, SIRT1 and SIRT2, respectively) and poorly affects both α-synuclein-mediated toxicity and α-Syn aggregation in α-Syn-H4 cells.

Primary Target
Sirtuin 3
Product does not compete with ATP.
Reversible: no
Target IC50: >5 µM, >50 µM and >50 µM for SIRT3, SIRT1 and SIRT2
