General description
Normal carrier sera, produced from pooled lots of sera from healthy, non-immunized guinea pig. Suitable for use in radioimmunoassay.
Physical form
Lyophilized from 0.25 M NaCl, 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, pH 7.6.
Preparation Note
Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at -20°C.
Reconstitute in 5 ml of H₂O.
