General description
Specific for tri-N-acetyl-D-glucosamine. Agglutinates erythrocytes and most types of malignant cells more readily than corresponding cells from normal tissues.
Preparation Note
Following reconstitution, aliquot and refrigerate (4°C).
Reconstitute at 1 mg/ml in 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM phosphate buffer, pH 7.2-7.4.
