General description
Recombinant, human Bcl-2 without the 17 amino acid mitochondrial targeting sequence at the C-terminus, fused to a His•Tag sequence, and expressed in E. coli. The truncated protein retains the ability to neutralize pro-apoptotic Bcl-2 family members.
