Western blot: 1:200-1:2,000 using ECL. The antibody reacts with the ~70 kDa protein in uninduced NIH/3T3 cells (2).

Immunohistochemistry: not tested. It is suggested that the antibody be tried at 5-10 μg/mL.

ELISA: 1,10,000-1:30,000.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
