Biochem/physiol Actions
This antibody reacts to Histone H3 acetylated at Lys36 (K36ac), and is not affected by the phosphorylation of neighboring Ser31. No cross reactivity with other acetylated lysines in Histone H3.
Analysis Note
Evaluated by Western Blotting in HeLa acid extract and HeLa cell lysate.
Western Blotting Analysis (WB): 1 μg/mL of this antibody detected acetyl-Histone H3 (Lys36) in HeLa acid extract and HeLa cell lysate.
Western Blotting Analysis (WB): 1 μg/mL of this antibody detected acetyl-Histone H3 (Lys36) in HeLa acid extract and HeLa cell lysate.
Application
Multiplex Analysis (Mplex): 0.1-0.5 μg/mL from a representative lot was used in Multiplex.
