General description

Mucolipin-3 (TRPML3) is a multi-pass membrane protein that functions as an ion channel. TRPML3 is possibly involved in locomotion and the differentiation of auditory receptor cells.
~ 64 kDa observed. Uncharacterized band(s) may appear in some lysates.

Linear peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human TRPML3.

Application

Detect Mucolipin-3 using this mouse monoclonal antibody, Anti-TRPML3 Antibody & clone N268/18 validated for use in western blotting.
Western Blotting Analysis: 1.0 µg/mL from a representative lot detected TRPML3 in 10 µg of mouse brain tissue lysate.
Western Blotting Analysis: 1.0 µg/mL from a representative lot detected TRPML3 in 10 µg of human brain tissue lysate.
