General description

SSC Buffer 20x Concentrate is a standard reagent in Southern and Northern blotting procedures. This concentrated formula can be used straight or diluted to make SSC working solutions with concentrations as low as 0.5x.

SSC Buffer 20x Concentrate contains 0.3 M sodium citrate in 3M NaCl.
