Fluid A isused to rinse aqueous solutions during sterility testing by membranefiltration. It is also used to dilute soluble solids for the same application andas a rinsing fluid for membrane filtration of non-sterile products.
The productis robust and suitable for:
  • Dissolvingor diluting samples,
  • Reconstitutingcommercial microorganism sample.
  • As a transport medium formicroorganisms.

General description

Fluid A is ageneral rinse buffer designed in compliance with the European Pharmacopeia (EP)2.6.1, United States Pharmacopeia (USP) 71 and Japanese Pharmacopeia (JP) 4.06.The product is a clear colorless liquid.
Each bottle has a screwcap with septum closure to reduce the risk of cross-contamination and optimizethe disinfection procedures.
