General description

GranuCult® plus LB broth (MILLER) formulation supports the growth of Escherichia coli. Casein peptone and yeast extracts supply essential growth factors, such as nitrogen, carbon, sulfur, minerals, and vitamins.

Application

GranuCult® plus LB broth (MILLER) is suitable for the cultivation of E. coli in fermentation and molecular genetic studies.
