Enzyme for hydrolysis of DNA for critical RNA isolation applications. Reconstitute the enzyme to a concentration of at least 2 mg/ml in a 50% Glycerol solution (Cat. No. 4750) with 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5 (Cat. No. 9285) and 1 mM MgCl2 (Cat. No. 5985). The solution may be stored at -20°C for at least 1 year.
