General description

This panel focuses on biomarkers indicative of early-stage apoptosis. It includes proteins such as cleaved PARP, caspase-9, and other initiators of programmed cell death. These analytes are essential for studying the initiation of apoptosis through intrinsic and extrinsic pathways. The panel is ideal for applications in cancer research, neurodegeneration, and evaluating cytotoxic effects of therapeutic compounds.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 7 analytes in cell lysate samples.

Analytes Included: Bcl-2 (Phospho-Ser70), Bad (Phospho-Ser112), Bax, Caspase-3 (Cleaved Asp175), Caspase-7 (Cleaved Asp198), PARP (Cleaved Asp214), Cytochrome c
